And today borscht is already on this list. "
Deputy Chairwoman Maryna Sobotiuk noted that the most impressive thing during the expedition was the borscht from the blood of a freshly slaughtered boar, which was found by members of our NGO during the expedition to Shchatsk, Volyn. “In general, every community and family welcomed us willingly. We found really unique recipes in each region. "
It should be noted that this is the first time in the Ukrainian history of submitting an Element to the National List, when an all-Ukrainian element is included, not a regional one.
